Abbey Guest House is ideally located for those visiting Oxford as we are just a short bus ride away. From the bus stop virtually on our doorstep to the centre of Oxford in 20 minutes with no parking worries.

We take great pride in our standards of service. Whether you are here for a week or just one night, you will feel this is your home away from home - or "better than home" according to feedback from more than one guest. We are very conveniently located along the main road into Abingdon off the A34 but we are set well back from the road (and actually off a small service road running parallel to the main road) and behind some trees that provide a very effective sound barrier. A bus stop at the foot of our driveway provides easy and quick access directly into the centre of Oxford (just six miles away), and across the road is the bus stop to go into Abingdon itself (0.9 miles to the town centre). |
