Accommodation
We have a wide choice of rooms available. There is a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities provided in each room, together with a digital Freeview DVD/TV, radio alarm, personal security safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. In addition, every room has access to the free WiFi network.Room 1, Ground Floor Easy Access Room with Two Single Beds and en-suite shower.

Room 2 "King-Size" Double/Family Room with en-suite shower. An additional small single bed can be added for a child/third person if required to make this into a Family Room
Room 3 Twin, Triple or Family Room with en-suite shower. An additional small single bed can be added for a 4th person if required to make this into a Larger Family Room

Room 5 "King Size" Double Room with en-suite shower. A cot can be added for a baby if required

Extra Bathroom
When Abbey Guest House was converted from a family house, as part of the environmental concerns all the bedrooms were fitted with en-suite showers to save water. There is however a separate bathroom containing just a bath for guests that prefer to use this facility.
Additional Facilties
Many rooms have sufficient space that a small bed can be added to enable a child (or small adult) to be accommodated in the same room.
A travel cot is available for babies (supplied with a clean base sheet - parents are asked to provide whatever top covering is used by their baby), as well as a high chair and plastic feeding utensils.
A bed rail is available upon request, but guests are asked to bring their own 'bed side bumpers'.

Guests are usually expected to arrive some time between 17.00 and 19.00. However, different check-in times are acceptable but are subject to mutual negotiation/agreement in advance. Please call to discuss any special requirements.

Check out is required by 10.00.
Payment
We accept cash, and all major debit and credit cards using 'Chip & Pin. It is with regret that card payments made using cards that are not 'chipped' will incur a 1% surcharge to cover the increased bank costs associated with clearing entries that are now classed as 'unsecure' by the banks. We are no longer able to accept cheques.
