Booking Terms and Conditions

Bookings can be accepted by telephone or email, or can be made on-line. Unless booked on-line, when the following terms apply, full details of a debit or credit card will be required at the time of booking as security although no charges will be made in advance of guests arrival date unless guests then fail to arrive or give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or a change in their booking.

On-line Bookings

A 'booking' means any order for our 'Bed & Breakfast' facility on this site that is accepted by us.

Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you.

There is no agent involved in this booking process; the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.

Refunds & Cancellations

For cancellations made outside of 48 hours (i.e. prior to midday, two days before scheduled arrival date) a full refund will be made.

For cancellations made within 48 hours (i.e. after midday, two days before scheduled arrival date), no refund will be made.

To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on+44 (0) 1235 537020. If this number is unattended, please call us on +44 (0) 7976 627252 as messages left on the ansaphone will not be accepted. Please ensure you have your credit / debit card details handy in order that we can arrange for the refund (where applicable) to be made.

Payment

Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking.
